I feel a bit guilty blogging AGAIN about OBS... but hey, it's a big change for me right now and obviously it's very exciting (and to state the purpose of my blog for the bazillionth time - it's so that I remember this shit in years to come due to my faulty memory, and I do recognise that it can get a little self-indulgent at times :D)

Today was day #2 at OBS, and it all went really well - stupidly well actually. And my favourite part of the day was at the end, when we ran a Post Project Review (PPR) and then a Dev Review on a project that's just finishing up now. It was an excellent opportunity to learn more about some of my team (it was a big project, so there were 9 in the room besides me) and it was a good forum to ask a few questions. I really enjoyed hearing the ups and downs of the project and getting an insight into how we do things / run projects / work together. It was a damn good session.

Oh, and OBS use Project Server 2007 for timesheeting. I was blown away (but we did have to restart the queue today, and my old EPM guru's will be laughing about that one no doubt)...
