Well, I'll be leaving the house in about 1.5 hours to start my journey over to Houston for the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. I'm really excited about the trip (and the break I'm having in Japan on the way back), but a little apprehensive as well, being away from Steph and Aurora for 2 weeks (they're both still asleep upstairs now). I'll probably get an hour with them before I go. We have webcams so that we can keep in touch, and it will be easier once I'm in Japan (as Japan is only 1 hour behind Australia). Anyway, wish me luck on my travels! From door (home) to door (Houston hotel), I expect it'll take around 26 hours to get there... I'll post some reports while I'm away.
