We've found a place to rent! It's been a bit of an anxious ride trying to find something suitable... and the rental market just seems ridiculous at the moment. Anyway, we can put a big tick in that box now. Now it's just onto trying to convince our next door neighbour to approve our plans for the setback we need from the front of the property... wish us luck on that one!
