Well, I'm on a 4 day long weekend for Easter, and boy does it feel good. Today was a great day; nice weather, we went for a nice long walk and play in the playground with Aurora. I had an hour nap in the afternoon. I was able to muck around with creating some new views for how I manage the business at SDM (yes, this was fun for me, something I wanted to do). All in all, a pretty lazy day. And I won the Skull Cave quiz tonight on RRR (too easy though; it was a Guns N' Roses related final question, and if anything, that's my pedigree :D). Listening to Gary 7 now in the background, and he's had some great tracks on; Pantera, Van Halen, Motley Crue, Metallica, Skid Row, Soundgarden and now Slayer. I'm sure there's been more good stuff, but it's just playing second fiddle to my current focus (blogging of course). Was happy I got the walk in today; feeling a bit frustrated about my general health/weight/Adonis-like-physique at the moment. Ironically it's Easter and you're reading the blog of a chocaholic. Am going to do my best to keep up the exercise (walking) over the break and keep the chocolate consumption down, but we'll see how we go on that front (Steph just walked through the door with some small eater eggs... must resist... must resist!). Good work Gary 7 - Kyuss! OK, time to wrap up, dinner is underway (Swordfish... this should be interesting!). And now we've got "My Michelle" courtesy of RRR. Oh, and my year is complete - Guns N' Roses (or at least the Axl Rose show) are touring in June. Ahhh... it's going to be a good weekend.
