One of those conversations...
I've got to have a hard conversation with someone next week (if you're reading this now, it's very unlikely to be you), and it's playing on my mind a fair bit. Something I'm not looking forward to, but it's got to be done.

I was talking about telling someone their probation at work had not been confirmed. In the end it was a hard conversation - they were pretty upset obviously... but again, gotta be done sometimes :(
