I'm disgusted. The behaviour in Cronulla has left me really quite speechless over the past 24 hours. When I was in Sydney last week, I managed to pick up a copy of The Daily Telegraph, which had a few pages covering the incidents earlier last week. Even then, I thought it must be some crazy parallel universe that I was reading about - people ... in Sydney ... being chased off the beach because of their race. And now mobs requiring the presence of riot police, bashing innocent people. Premeditated as well. It's sickening. I'm at a loss at what more can or needs to be said. Really troubling stuff.
