• A little back and forth rocking thing (no, not the electronic thing that terrorises Maggie in The Simpsons)

So that's a little less stressful. We've been doing a bunch around the house in preparation for the impending arrival (which is still 9 weeks away by the way). Part of me wants to go "Oh... (with a knowing, slightly condascending chuckle)... that must be the nesting instinct kicking in..." but the majority of me says "... No, this is you just doing shit that you should've been doing over the past 3 years, cramming it in now because you realise you have been a lazy bastard". Anyway, washing machines have been moved, light fittings have been replaced, holes under the decking have been fixed and very high places that have never been cleaned before have been cleaned. All very exciting stuff.

Jaws is now, absolutely no doubt, in full flight. I mean she was moving and grooving a lot before, but now it's visible on Steph's tum when the movement is going on, and she's really going for it sometimes. Steph is doing well, although very tired and very, very sore.

Have finished the antenatal classes, so in theory we know it all now :) I think we've got it mostly under control, but the proof of that will be in about 10 weeks I suspect.
